“My day starts at exactly 5 am where I am able to witness my children wake and prepare to go to school as being a father is my full time responsibility. Personal development is key for me so as I get ready for the day, I listen to different podcasts both spiritual and inspirational. It takes me 30 minutes using a bus to get to work, I spend this time meditating and mentally planning my day”.
