My journey at 4G Capital has been nothing short of incredible. It all started in 2016 when I joined as an intern, eager to make a difference. Coming from a contract sales job that I had secured from college, my hard work paid off, and I was soon promoted to Loan Officer, and onto permanent employment which was a motivation and difference from my previous role. In this role I gained invaluable experience in financial services and customer interactions kept me engaged and motivated.
After a year of stellar performance, I took on a new challenge as a Call Center Agent. I thrived in this role, efficiently handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with empathy, which earned me the honor of being named Employee of the Year.
Always hungry for growth, I pursued further training and embraced new challenges, leading to my promotion to Tech Support Agent. In this role, I tackled complex technical issues and provided advanced support, significantly contributing to our team's success. I'm forever grateful for the on-the-job training platform that helped me specialize in my field. Special thanks go to my mentor, Genevieve Henessey Barret (Founder) whose insightful guidance and unwavering support have been instrumental in my growth.
Throughout my tenure, I have embraced numerous training opportunities that have been pivotal in my specialized skills and expertise. The continuous learning environment at 4G Capital ensures that everyone has access to development programs and career advancement opportunities, fostering both personal and professional growth.
Today, as a Level 3 System Support professional, I thrive in tackling complex Systems Applications challenges alongside a dynamic and supportive team. The friendly teamwork that characterizes our daily operations makes the job enjoyable and something I look forward to, including weekends and after-work catch-ups. I take pride in being one of the mentors to all new joiners in the team ,training them on the day to day operations within the department.Outside of work, I am a die-hard Arsenal fan and enjoy watching football.
